Stopped in for lunch before catching my plane. Very nice feeling place, upscale for sure but I hear it is a chain. Sat at the bar and talked with the bartender for awhile. She knew plenty about the beer, and even had her picture in the menu. Quite literally the poster child. Beers weren’t bad...well not all of them. Some of them were. Food was really good, awesome burger. Glad I went but that’s that.

I went to this place a few times when it first opened up in Davenport, and if you go there for the beer, you’re going to be disappointed. They don’t brew on site, exactly. They get trucks of wort and someone tosses in some yeast - lahdeedah. The only thing that brings me back is that they have some really good food. The ambiance is typical to upscale, actually a decent place. The service is quick and pleasant, but don’t expect the waiters and waitresses to know anything about the beers if you don’t sit at the bar. The selection is slim, basically their stuff, which is not good. The food is by far the best feature - my fiancee loves a couple of their dishes. The value isn’t great... overpriced beer and food, but hey - it’s an upscale type place - it’s what you expect. Overall, I only go back there with my fiancee for the food.

This place has some pretty good food. The steak I had wasn’t that great for the price (and more medium rare than rare) but definitely tasty. The sides and appetizers were great. Beer was nothing special, but passable. I think they have the weakest brew ever to be labeled IPA, it would make an ok english pale ale, but an IPA it is not. Stout is a nitro’d Guinness clone, with a little more roast and a little less coffe character. They had five or six house beers on tap, as well as some macro selection. Service was good and friendly. Despite the place being pretty packed it never got really loud in there. Anyway, it might be worth a try if you are in town, but there are better brewpubs within a few miles.

Mostly a family location, with average quality food and prices, large portions, an open dining area with lots of chatter. Service was fine, the four beers were nothing special. If you’re passing through town and want a beery place to eat, try it, but it’s not ’my local’ material.

Didn’t eat while I was there. Sat at a table in the bar, waited a good ten minutes before anyone asked to take my order. They had 4 beers on tap, nothing to scream about. Won’t go back, rather go to Bent River or Front Street.

Chain brew pub. Food is actually very good. 4 beers on tap the day I went which were pretty good, but no show stoppers. Good service. Definitely worth going to, but they need to try to add a few beers to what they offer and make some seasonals.

beers were pretty average, someone please add some more hops to the Duke of Wellington! Food is very good, haven’t been dissatisfied with an entree yet and have had a great brunch there. beer wise, there are better places to go, but the food will not make this a wasted trip.

Visited on a Sunday for lunch. The place is very nice, and you can immediately tell that it is a fine-dining restaurant first and foremost - one that just happens to have house beer on tap. The menu is huge and the food was good (yet pricey), but they only had 4 house beers available. I had 2 of them, and neither were good at all. Their beer is only fermented here; the wort is made elsewhere and shipped here. I would NOT go back for the beer, but I would go back for the food. There are much better brewpubs in the Quad Cities.
