LCBO 394 (Carling and Woodroffe-Fairlawn Plaza)

Passed by as I was going to see my car dealership and the recommended Beer Store nearby, an average selection for a LCBO.

I wouldn’t say this is then east LCBO in the city but it is definatly a very good one. Maybe third best. The selection is excellent and large. All of it is in a large walk in fridge.

Sélection beaucoup plus impressionnante que prévue, avec des tonnes de produits canadiens (surtout ontariens) et de lagers importées dans un frigo de type "walk-in", et une palette délectable de produits plus fins dans les rangées à l’extérieur. Pour une succursale si loin du centre-ville, elle vaut le détour. Très bon service en plus.

Dropped by because their website said they had some La Trappe Quadruple. Found a few surprises and were very happy with this place. Service was not so good; cashier wanted to destroy us with his eyes when we dropped by his register with too many beers in our kart I guess!! Will go back again.

This is one of the better LCBO in Ottawa given the large walk in beer fridge. They tend to have all the new releases and given its not as big as other LCBO, availability is usually good. Plenty of parking.
