76 One of our regular forays into Ludlow saw us visit here on Saturday 10th November 2012. We have visited here before when it was called something like the Little Marches Beer Shop (or something like that?) The beer range seems to have expanded and become far more interesting and varied than it was previously. On this visit I saw a good range of Brewdog beers including the likes of TNP, Sink the Bismarck and others. There was also a very good choice of Belgian, German and also decent US beers. I picked a few today including Gregorious the new trappist beer and also Oakham Green Devil IPA. Most of the international beers can be found in the island in the middle (btw it is a small shop) and as you enter the shop the shelves directly in front tend to stock the UK beers (apart from Brewdog which are on the island) and a good selection of locally sourced beers, there is also a decent range of local (mostly Herefordshire) ciders on the shelf immediately on your right as you enter. Prices are about right, the gentleman/owner was friendly and knowledgeable. This is a very good place to stock up if in Ludlow. |
