68 nice looking place in the outdoor mall with decent food and ok beer. used to be a favorite, but they’ve been passed up by several places as far as selection and quality. |
58 Brewpub in a mall...alright. Large location, some patio seating and a long bar. Bartender was friendly and greeted us, quick service. Beers were mediocre to not very good, but the IPA wasn’t bad at all. Scroll past if you’re looking for good beers. If you park in the garage, you can get it validated here. |
58 Visited on Christmas day with the family. I swear I wasnt the one that suggested it, it was actually my uncle. Located in a gigantic mall. I hate malls but this restaurant is big enough that when you’re inside you dont feel like you’re in the mall (minus the occasional shopping bags next to tables).
We waited 45 minutes to get a table even though there were open tables. It wasnt until we complained that we were seated. Beers were alright as was the food but not overly impressive. My favorite was the doppelbock. Service was meh. Probably would not return, especially not in the mall. |
62 Brewpub in a shopping mall. Small, but decent collection of their own beers. Decent food. |
76 Update: Real ales on the beer engine are back. Nut brown ale 01/06/08. Nice beers. The food is good. The best deal is the bean dip. White beans, all kinds of salsa ingredients, and varicolored chips. Restaurant is ok, if you have the inclination. |
56 Brewpub In a mall... Just that ruins it. You feel lke you,re in an import or something. Their beers however were surprisingly quite good. Only worth going if yor I there area. Nothi g special. |
68 Just ran into this place while walking downtown. Decent atmosphere for a mall, and OK service for being packed to the gills in the middle of the day. Variety in the 8 brews was good, with one cask selection available as well. Beers were average to good; did not partake of the food. |
62 This brewpub is located in a mall, though it is open air with outdoor seating. The pizzas were pretty good and the beers were average. The service was friendly and flexible as our group continued to grow. |
74 Located on the K Street mall downtown, this establishment is a restaurant as well as a brewery. There is a nice bar with 16 stools and 3 flat screen TVs, a couple dozen tables downstairs, a few more upstairs and an outdoor patio. There are 8 taps of fresh beer that rotate fairly often. There is a menu of standard bar food, as well as some more upscale selections and specials. The barkeep was friendly and helpful. This business was recenlty bought back from the Faultline Brewery and is now employee-owned. |
54 I visited this brewery last summer when I was in Sac. It is situated inside a mall, and if you are like me and you’re not a fan of shopping- nothing goes better together with shopping than beer. It was a fairly large establishment, you could dine inside or sit at the bar or you could sit in the mall in a railed off area at various tables. Overall I thought the beer was pretty decent and the service was fine. It was a nice reprieve from the intense summer heat that was outside. |
