74 Nice little place with a good selection and a few tables. Sell growlers to go, staff knew the beer well. Nice stop if in the area. |
68 Right across the street from Smith & Lentz, this is a small place with a great taplist. Flights of 6 available, priced by the beer. My 6 (almost all IPAs) ended up being over $20 - rather unreasonable. Friendly service. Small but well-curated bottle selection. Solid place. |
70 Visited the location just off of 12 South. Friendly owner and fairly knowledgeable. Small space, but with lots of local beer on tap and a good selection of nationally distributed craft. Fairly nice selection of bottles and cans, but not everything can be bought as a single. A nice place to stop in for a beer when on 12 South. |
86 I went to the one on 12 South and not the one next to Butcher & Bee. Small bottle shop taproom in cool neighborhood (it’s next to a bbq place) with good draft choices and some nice bottle selections. |
94 Visited 5.5.16 and didn’t realize it’s a part of a chain until I started entering my ratings from there. Lovely neighbourhood vibe and a cozy feeling. Plenty bottles and cans with an option of mixing a sixpack to go, good selection of local brews and also a bunch of taps - both for growlers and for on-site consumption. They offer small glasses too, though I can’t remember whether they have flights. Craft soft drinks available as well, which is cool, and there’s enough parking space in the nearby streets. |
76 Has a nice neighborhood vibe, with vintage filling station decor. Stopped in on a whim, after visiting the nearby Sprinkles location, and was surprised by the amount of local/regional quality stuffed into such a small space! Parking might be an issue for you, but if you live in the neighborhood, stop by and grab a craft beer, soda, or mixer. |
78 It’s the closest thing to a literal neighborhood bottle shop I’ve ever seen. The place is the size of an old filling station and has lots of worn in charm as well. Not a large store by any stretch but they have a solid selection of local and regional craft as well as some craft sodas and a number of taps for pints and growler fills. If I lived in the neighborhood, I would probably be here a lot. |
74 Been here a few time to get a growler filled. Small building with a nice selection of craft 6 packs. Good variety of taps. |
64 Lots of local stuff on tap and in bottles/cans. Friendly, if not knowledgeable staff. It is reasonably priced and convenient for me to walk to. |
56 This place gets some decent beers from time to time, but their prices are outrageous and often inconsistent. Their employees are sometimes knowledgeable, but generally do not know much about the beers they are selling. As much as I want to like this place, I can’t help but feel that it’s a poor attempt to capitalize on the popularity of craft beer. |
