Visited here for lunch on a Monday afternoon in mid-August '22 after visiting nearby Garden of the Gods. Funky, friendly place located at the end of a strip mall. Lots of unique artistic touches such as an archway composed of books and the space itself is repurposed from old barns. Several seating areas, inside and out and bar seating available. Huge tap list, probably at least 40 or so available, varied sizes available and dozens of different styles of course. I had a winter warmer, a stout and an IPA and all were excellent. Foodie-type menu with lots of options, burgers, sandwiches, salads etc. Went with a Crispy Chicken Salad and was not disappointed. Friendly knowledgeable service. friendly locals, decent prices. Ideal brewpub, best of my visit to southern Colorado.

Eclectic spot in a strip mall in a great part of Colorado Springs. They have a main seating area, a warehouse and outdoor seating. You have to order your beers from the host stand, then they are brought to you. I thought that was weird. Absolutely dizzying number of beers on tap; there must have been 40 of their own. All different styles. The flight I had was good. We went to a few breweries in Colorado Springs and this was our clear favorite.

We came here on 13.7.2022. This is the original brewery of Trinity (3rd brewery which was founded in Colorado Springs). The brewhouse is separated in a barn next to the bar. Tanks and packaging line at the rear end. In a separate room they have all the wooden barrels and you can sit next to them. They have 40 beers on tap all brewed here. A few beers are tapped with hand pumps. Very nice and knowledgeable service. Beers were interesting. I had the Coupla’ Quarts A Beer Hazy IPA. Tastes similar to a Saison coming from the hops. They also blend their beers, which I have not seen before in the US. We had great conversations with the bar tender, the brewer and the owner. Very friendly environment.

A nice layed back place. Good music, classic rock and not too loud. Friendly service. After reading the other reviews, I should have paid attention. Stick to the sours. The few I had were very good. The ipa's were decent but nothing outstanding. I had the Angus burger, it was good.

Stopped in here on a Saturday around noon and it wasn't very busy, luckily. The place isn't much from the outside, at the end of a strip mall on the fringe of CO Springs. The inside has a high ceiling and feels big and bright, and they manage to give it some funky character. The bar is large, and so is the menu. They have dozens of bottles available and quite a few taps, as well. I think I counted 24 Trinity beers on tap when I visited. The flights are fixed, with either 8 regulars or 8 seasonals, and they're really expensive - $24 or $32. I got the more expensive one. The beer quality was a huge letdown. The saisons were a mess, the sours were decent, and the other styles were mixed in quality. We didn't eat but the food looked fine. Overall, for being the top-rated place in Colorado Springs, I have a hard time recommending it based on the quality of the beer itself. There are other places I'd send people to first.

One of the best places in CS...although not sure how it ended up with a mid-90"s rating...mid to high 80"s at best is more appropriate. Maybe it has to do more with what the competition in the area offers (or did in the past...more new places are now opening in CS). So...eclectic décor...which isn’t always amazing (as here)...great staff (major plus)...although not necessarily overly welcoming to the out of towner visiting based on their place reviews (although certainly great if you give them time...seems like kind of a local thing). Large selection of beers...with a great verity of styles...especially good sours and saisons...worth the trip alone for these...as well as a large bottle list and cellar selections. Good food for sure. Please don’t let any of my average to moderate critiques prevent you from coming here...this place is definitely worth the stop...but it’s not for everyone...and it definitely has some flaws that could be improved.

Pretty chill place at the end of a small strip mall in the north part of Colorado Sptings. From the outside it looks small, but there are a few seating areas. Beer selection has some standard staples but also a large array of sours. Kitchen looks small so I would assume food may take some time but service seemed to keep up late afternoon midweek.

Perhaps I made a massive mistake ordering a supposed east coast IPA. My friends drank mostly sours and the sips I had of their beers were far superior to that of mine. I should have asked for a taste before ordering, but the spot was packed. There seemed to not be enough staff during a very busy lunch, but the server really tried like crazy to do his job.

[29 Mar 2016] Stopped by for happy hour. Small bar, festooned with barrels that I’m sure are filled with interesting and delicious things. The servers were inattentive at best; it took three tries to get my first beer ordered, and then all the servers disappeared for the last 20 minutes of happy hour. The selection is fantastic, though. 12 house taps, and at least 12 guest taps, although the servers were unable to say what they were. The apps we had were delicious. The food is a little overpriced, but the beer is fair. Absolutely worth dropping in for the saisons and sours, and I’m sure I’ll be back, to let the service redeem itself.
[Revisited 30 July 2019] The service did not redeem itself. Appallingly inattentive bartenders stood around actively avoiding eye contact and ignoring my attempts to get some attention. Our waiter came by 15 minutes after we got a table to ask if we needed anything else, which is hilarious since that was the first time he'd been to the table and we hadn't ordered anything or gotten anything before then.

Was in town for the hill climb and stopped by 2 separate times..The food is outstanding and I wanted to order just about everything in the menu..The owner (Jason) is doing magical things with this place and has to be the nicest person I have ever met. I will stop by here everytime I’m in colorado..Must stop!
