Noisy large one room place with few billiard table. Lots of young folks playing. Bar counter was the most relaxed place. Offer flights, some of their beers were quite good, some average. Service and food were ok. Recommended if you are around.

Visited in February 2017. Big place with lots of billiard tables. Local people were very noise. Bartenders knew about their beers which weren’t anything special.

Visited March 2017. Nice enough place, warm and inviting. Super nice bartender that knew about the beers. Beers ranged from good to okay, nothing bad. Six of their beers on tap and a few bottles/cans. I did not try the food but it looked good. Would definitely come back if in the area!

I met the new brewer the previous night in the Brick Store. We got to chatting and I though, yeah gotta check this place out. Big place, diner-style almost, with a big curved bar and plenty of seating for drinkers and/or diners. 9 house beers on tap, ranging from 5.2 to 8.8%. So perfect for lunchtime. You can also opt for a can or bottle from a more familiar outfit if you don’t have your ticking hat on. Recommended.

Last stop prior to the airport. This is a much busier part of town, made worse by the major road construction in the area. Fortunately they have a dedicated lot. Reasonably busy at lunchtime on Friday, large restaurant area and bar in the back. They do flights of whatever they have, which in my case was 6 beers (three taps were blown). Beers fairly mediocre for the most part, but a couple of decent ones mixed in. Fairly loud music.

This place is way bigger than it looks from outside, with an entire billiards room and outdoor sections, easy to find something to do. Service was a bit slow and curt, but it was busy, and I’m not sure I was cool enough for the bartender to look at me. Beer selection is house stuff, anywhere from 8-12 on tap, all decent. Nice brewpub.

Always at least a bit lively with TV’s, billiards, foosball, shuffleboard tables, and occasional live music. Two bars and lots of seating, including some outdoors. 8 taps of house beers (although just 7 on tap at my most recent visit) and a good variety of cans and bottles from other US brewers. Flights of house beers available. Service is neither problematic nor stellar.

Open restaurant area up front, with the games in the back. Great, hopping vibe, and a lot of fun. The bartenders were seriously overworked, but kept up well enough. Nice lineup of house beers, and a full range of craft and non-profit bottles and cans. The food was fair, at least. The pool tables and house brews are the highlight. I’m looking forward to returning.

Visited later evening on a Wednesday. Located in Decatur, just around the corner from the main town center and the MARTA station. Large, open restaurant layout up front with tables straight ahead and to the right, and a large bar to the left. In the expansive back is a variety games tables; billiard, darts, video games, etc. 9 of their own beers on draft, full food menu. Beers are offered as 12 oz, 20 oz, pitcher or tasters (5 for $10, 9 for $18). Service was initially attentive, then more or less disappeared to talking to a friend at the other end of the bar. I was unable to get the back of his head’s attention, got tired of waiting for my bill, and just left what I hoped was enough to cover my beers. It wasn’t busy - there were three people seated at the bar, one of which was the friend he was talking to. Annoying.

70 = ★★½ (Locals should check it out, visitors with extended time)

I only use the total score, not the component parts.

Only had their beer on tap, which is cool if it is awesome. They all had a similar taste to them, so...The service was great. The ambiance felt a little too much like a college frat boy hangout and was a bit loud. There were tons of small children in there though. While the beers weren’t spectacular, the pricing reflected the value.
