A set cider and beer sampler, you couldn’t choose your own. Cider flight was cool, with lots of other rarer ciders. The beers weren’t as interesting. Had some very average fries. Cool setup but I wouldn’t come back.
Loved the place cool modern edgy German style kinda beer hall. Selection was okay pickles were good, service was good had a good time. Only thing was the price I found really high 12 dollars for a Canadian beer.
Love the huge communal tables, nice beer selection, food is incredible. Love rhe duck fat fries, yes the duck fat makes a difference. Great place to check out with a large group, staff is incredibly friendly, a great place for a pint and a sausage.
Beautiful place, well decorated with a medium sized bar and long stools. They do serve beer flights but only of pre-selected beers (which are boring macro brews), the rest come in either as 1/2 pint or pint. The selection is good, the service is super and the food is really great. I loved this place, very worth the visit.
Popped in here on a Sunday evening and they had a vertical offering of Sawdust City’s Long Dark Voyage. Killer offering. I hadn’t known you could age draft beer, but I’m sure glad they did! the 2014 was my fave. The sausages are unreal and service was excellent, Michelle and Christian (hoping i got names right) were charming and engaging at the bar.
A modern, functional bar (tiled walls and refectory style seating) with about 16 kegs, one cask and 30 or so bottles. They also had 21 different types of sausages served with dipping sauces and chips.

Fantastic! Simple menu, beer and sausages. I like Wvrst take a chance on smaller start up craft breweries so you’ll often see outstanding beer here that you won’t see anywhere else.At the same time they wwill also bring in Quebec beer and popular seasonals from bigger breweries. $5 Ontario craft beer pints on Mondays are the real deal.
Great service, staff know their beer and thee food is simple and tasty.
Odd that I hadn’t rated this place considering how many times I’ve been here. A big, bright cavernous space on King Street West with loads of large communal tables throughout and a bright industrial looking bar dominating the far end of the room. There is a food order area off to one side where you can order a lot of very tasty sausages. The vibe really depends on the time of day - it gets really loud late on Friday/weekends but midday is actually pretty chill. Great beer lists with a nice selection from around Ontario. There’s usually something new on and the bottle list is well chosen as well. Good knowledgeable servers too. You could do a whole lot worse than stopping by here. They host occasional events as well which are always a good time.
Large room with communal tables set up to replicate a modern German beer hall, or so I gather. One of the better taplists in town and the bartender really knew his stuff. As the name goes, they serve sausages from a selection of traditional or game meat. The bison hot dog I had was pretty weird. I can see this being popular with boisterous groups, rather than coming by for a quiet pint at the bar.
