An idea hatched by three college friends who shared a passion for home brewing has quickly become a growing base of over 700 co-op members. Even at just a year old, this strong "one-for-all" community is helping to revitalize its Minneapolis neighborhood and serves as a hotbed for the creation of some of the best new craft beer.

Troy Casey first began brewing sour and wild beer in 2009 when his love for these strange styles had consumed all of his brewing passion. He orginally set out to create a blendery -- a facility that doesn't have a brewery themselves, but still makes beer -- but has also taken to brewing as well. He operates Casey Brewing and Blending in Colorado's scenic Roaring Fork River Valley, a place where he and his fiancée also chose to make their home. Troy's greatest interest is in blending his aged brews to produce his target, signature profiles.
