Dan Suarez and Taylor Cocalis Suarez have made their brewery in the small town of Livingston, New York population 3,646. Here they create farmhouse, mixed fermentation beers, small hop forward beers and Dan's darling -- unfiltered pilsners. Taylor has as one of the brewery's guiding principles: "You have the responsibility to make beers that are part of a specific point of view that you have. The job of someone who's really good at what they do is not always to give people what they say they want."

Karen and Dan Powell's Moonraker Brewing has exploded on the Northern California scene as a very popular, hop-focused brewery with canned products enjoying a larger-than-local districution, and traders finding them suitable for shipping. Tommie Sjef Wild Ales was started by the young Tommie Sjef Koenen in the garage of his parents in the little northern Dutch seaport of Den Helder. Foam Brewers was started in 2016 in Burlington, Vermont by an eclectic group of industry professionals with a shared appreciation for brewing, science, art, music, and culture.

American Solera is the brewery of Chase Healey. The focus is on wild and sour ales aged in oak barrels and foeders.

Raf Souvereyns has enjoyed great recent success as a blender of lambic, long barrel-aging, and work with fruit.
