Fat Head’s One Day In Sandusky
Appearance: Bright copper. Slightly hazy. Thin ring of white bubbles. Nose: Light tropical fruit with a decent amount of citrus. Subtly sweet malt Taste: juicy tropical fruit with citrus blending well with the malt sweetness. Decent bite throughout Body: Medium and lively Parting thoughts: another proprietary brew for small city tap house. I might need to hang out there more.

Fat Head’s Wit’s Craft
Not sure if this is the same as the Wits Doctor (having never had that one), so I’ll enter as a different beer. Collaboration with Melt Bar and Grilled. On tap at Melt Easton on 6/30/17. Pours clear gold to amber with a thick white head. Aroma of malt, orange, banana and coriander. Malt and orange flavor with plenty of herbal character (coriander, grains of paradise) before a bitter finish. Very nicely done for a style that’s hit or miss for me. Big hit here.

Fat Head’s Trail Head Pale Ale
This canned brew from a bottle shop was served at a cool temperature and poured a medium sized head of foamy finely sized white colored bubbles that were long lasting and left behind a very softly carbonated body transparent dark orange colored body. The weak aroma was hoppy. with a medium citrus aftertaste. The ok flavor contained notes of hops. An OK brew just nothing special.

Keg 2017-06-09. Pours an orange-yellow with little white head. Beautiful citrus favor; bursts of grapefruit with lime and orange not far behind. Slight malt that perfectly compliments the intense, hoppy profile of this fantastic IPA. Would order again, and again.. and again.... aaand again. Refreshing, diverse, genius.
