Can poured a cloudy gold with a lasting white head. Aromas of bread, fruitiness, citrus and yeast. Palate was medium bodied and smooth with a dry finish. Flavors of bread, yeast and fruitiness with a smooth dry lingering bitter finish.

Both Aromas and flavors are sweaty, slightly dank hops with some wet grain. Flavors are on the dry side at first with a little sweet coming on towards the end. Decent carbonation and body.

Bright orange hue with small creamy head. Much stronger bitterness than expected from a 33 IBU pale ale. Strong notes of hops and a very faint citrus. Medium finish. Satisfying carbonation. Great on a hot day with a pizza at the Lucette Brewery

Mine has a cloudy orange pour, not a clear amber like others are reporting. Light caramel nose but heavier caramel flavor with some decent hops. Medium thick mouthfeel. Fairly good with deep fried tater tots and jalapenos. Can.

wasnt so sure about this one at first. the aroma was almost vinegar- like at first but it warms up to a pear like citrus. Good amount of dank hops, definitely a single hop brew. but its got alot of that 2 row pale malt aftertaste that most of lucettes beers are like.

Great Taste 2017. Hazy orange color. A simple saison. Dry and earthy, just a little clove, hay. Light and refreshing. Simple, but it is meant to be.

Tap at Sidedoor. Filtered amber-orange body. Thin, soda-like head. Herbal tones. somewhere between a Bierre de Garde and a Saison? Flowery, yeast and spice esters,,maybe coriander. Rich malt tones, not unlike an ESB. Drinkable, pretty clean on the palate.

this one is kinda odd. belgian spicyness in the aroma that you would sort of expect but the bitterness on the back end is low and sharp and lingers. hit me for a loop. unique but not what I was thinking.

Approximately half of a 7 oz. pour, on tap at the brewerys taproom in Menomonie, Wisconsin. Consumed on 8-13-17. Hazy, light amber to copper/bronze. Small to moderate amount of beige head. Good lacing. Bread and butter pickle aroma. Smell is on the weak side. Malty sweet taste. Caramel, toffee. Bitter finish. East Coast IPA. A touch herbal. Frothy and soft in the palate. Medium body. Boring but not bad. Not what I’m looking for in an IPA. 6.3.6.3.12=>3.0

Approximately half of a 7 oz. pour, on tap at the brewerys taproom in Menomonie, Wisconsin. Consumed on 8-13-17. Hazy, deep gold. Moderate amount of beige head. Simple but pleasant, juicy, buttery aroma. A bit of rye spice in the smell. Malty sweet in flavor with a bit of dry spice. Sweeter than I would prefer. Even a bit boozy. Buttery taste. Frothy in the palate. Medium body. 6.4.5.3.11=>2.9

Whoa, this is one of the very best pale ales that I have ever had. The cream-colored foamy frothy head lasts forever and has a lot of lace. Aroma is fresh mostly resiny hops with a little citrus, also wet grain and a little caramel. Flavor’s a lot Like nose, slightly sweet up front, with a long, but pleasant, bitter finish.

A good malty piney IPA. A bit of a throwback. With the malty piney hop combo. Nice to see people still trying to trade in that arena

Picked up a six-pack at The Coffee Grounds in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Pours a semi-clear golden orange amber colored brew with a thick off-white head that slowly dissipates and leaves behind excellent lacing. Aroma of both grassy and citrus-like hops, a touch of caramel and some earthy spice. Taste is medium bodied, some extra carbonation with flavors of multi-hop varieties, mostly earthy spiced with some caramel malt in the backgrounds. Finish has a sharp bitterness at first followed by a lingering earthy bitterness.

12oz bottle. Deep, antiquated caramel malt notes. Has a hint of new school hop varietals, but more or less a big specialty malt IPA. Deep, dank NW resinous hop tones. Very west coast I guess. Not even playing the game in 2016. Tolerable overall.

Tap at Sidedoor. Solid offering. Medium bodied, the brown malt tones and rye merge well, good balance. Refreshingly classic, more of a a Brown than a Rye. Medium bodied, quite sessionable. Not mindblowing or extreme stuff, just a solid Brown Ale.

Can poured into a glass. Dark black. it did not have the tall, thick head I was expecting. Heavily roasted grain, some chocolate but i am not getting coffee. Good, smooth palate. Some sugar, but the roasted grain quality is stronger than the sweet flavor.

Bottle. Pours light and clear golden with a bubbly, rock two finger head. Nose is fresh yeast and mildly sour grain.. Flavor is quite dry with only the lightest residual sweetness. Pronounced plant-like bitterness beginning in the middle and growing into the finish and well into the aftertaste. I usually like bitterness, but that threw me off a bit - not well integrated. A pretty good attempt at belgian using US ingredients but the hops seem incongruous.
