Copper Kettle Well Bred
22 oz bottle shared with Tmoney99 and the crew at Nine Giant. Pours a slightly hazy deep amber color with a small beige head. The aroma has a certain character that is not my favorite. The flavor has more of what I expected, has caramel, vanilla, bourbon, a candied orange/fruit character, hints of wood, good flavor, the nose improves with warming but the first sniff was hard to forget.

Copper Kettle Snowed In
650 ml bottle, 2016 vintage. Pitch black/ deep brown. Aroma is strong with coffee, mild chocolate notes, decent mild Bourbon.

The flavor starts with the chocolate backbone. Coffee is more noticeable in the aroma as opposed what I am tasting. The palate/ mouthfeel is medium plus. A good amount of bourbon, to include the bourbon heat.

Copper Kettle Tahitian Vanilla Bean Mexican Chocolate Stout
Apparently re-brewed, and bottled, around 2016 GABF. Black pour under a thin tan cap. The nose nearly smells of pumpernickel bread, but has a vanilla and cinnamon tone to it and a whisper of spicy cocoa. Bready aroma overall. Big flavor thatís complexly sweet but also earthy and peppery. Nice vanilla and chocolate flavor with gentle cinnamony pepperiness. Very plainly like the original with a kiss of vanilla. But I still love the original, sooo...
