Aus der Flasche im 2017-09 getrunken. Runde Aromen eines typischen Barley Wine. Alles sehr stimmig und das BA Rotwein bringt eine feine Frucht in das super leckere Bier. Aber ich denke es muß noch 1-2 Jahre gelagert werden bis es die volle Reife bekommt.

Sampled at The Watering Hole, Amsterdam. Clear rusty orange to light amber color, virtually no head. Hardly any aroma. Not very much to tell about the flavor either. Malts, bitter. Don't get much more. Carbonation annoys me a bit. Mwah.

Bottle from World Beer Market (Sake no Taniguchi). Lightly funky nose of rich fruit, yeast, citrus zest -- all quite earthy and a bit floral, too. Cloudy light gold color with a creamy white head. Light tropical fruit flavors, fairly intense bitterness, grapefruit sourness, and some yeast. Medium body, with a slight hop burn. Interesting stuff. Kind of muddled, actually, but overall it has a tasty combination of Belgian yeastiness and a heavy load of hops.

Bardzo miły intensywny zapach. Dobrze wyczuwalne owoce. Do tego ładnie czuć beczkę i zapach winny. Dosyć ciemne i raczej bez szczególnej piany. W smaku bardzo dobre, do tego co w aromacie doszła nutka karmelu Jest trochę ciała, alkohol czuć, ale zupełnie on nie przeszkadza (jak na 12%!) Ogółem bardzo dobry barley wine.

Color marrón oscuro, rojizo si le da la luz, turbio, con capa de espuma de un blanco amarronado de dos dedos de grosor (retención decente). Carbonatación suave. Textura oleosa. Aroma a barrica, mucha madera, alcohol, pasas. Recuerda a algún oloroso. Sabor alcohólico, mucha barrica, pasas, recuerdos de vino tinto. Buen balance entre dulzor y acidez. Muchos Barley Wine tienden a ser demasiado dulces para mi gusto. Lo que me gusta de estos productos de Naparbier es que el protagonismo lo tiene siempre la barrica.

Color negro con capa de espuma marrón de dos dedos de grosor (poca retención). Carbonatación mínima. Textura oleosa. Aroma ligeramente ácido, supongo que debido a la levadura de sake. Sinceramente, si me la dan a ciegas y me dicen que la huela diría que es una sidra de mala calidad. Por primera vez entiendo que se diga que huele y sabe a salsa de soja. En boca es básicamente eso, soja. Bastante acidez y final ligeramente seco. Me parece bastante desagradable.

Color negro con capa de espuma marrón de tres dedos de grosor (poca retención). Carbonatación mínima. Textura oleosa casi cremosa. Aroma a malta torrefacta, chocolate, chili. En boca hay bastante chocolate, vainilla, malta torrefacta mucho chili. Aparece casi al final del trago y ataca con mucha fiereza en postgusto, demasiada bajo mi punto de vista. Se mantiene eternamente entre trago y trago, quemando garganta y estómago. A partir del primer trago tuve claro que la gracia de esta Stout es el chili. Y no soy de picante.

Aromat: jest intensywny i sporo się tutaj dzieje, są różnego rodzaju suszone owoce zaczynając od rodzynek i fig, a kończąc na morelach, do tego dochodzą też zapachy czerwonego wina oraz drewna. W tle jest też trochę zapachów kojarzących się z karmelem, melasą czy toffi. Wygląd: Ciemno miedziane, niezbyt obfita beżowa piana, która szybko znika. Smak: również jest złożony i składają się na niego słodkie akcenty karmelu, melasy i wanilii oraz owoce takie jak rodzynki, figi i morele, a cała ta słodsza część jest skontrowana drewnem i czerwonym winem. Alkohol jest wyczuwalny w postaci lekkiego rozgrzewania szlachetnego alkoholu. Ciała jest tutaj sporo, całość jest oleista, a wysycenie bardzo niskie.

Bevuta il 11/09/2017 @BonoboGastrobar in Alicante (Spain). Colore giallo paglierino, torbida. Poca schiuma poco persistente. Odore di frutti tropicali e leggero agrumato. Gusto amarognolo e acidulo che ricorda il pompelmo, inoltre note fruttate, resinose, sentori tropicali e leggero piccantino. Molto carbonata. Finale mediamente amarognolo e leggermente secco.

Aroma hiper frutal, tropical, cítrico, con algo de hierba húmeda y resina. En boca, sigue al aroma. Mucha fruta (aunque sí es difícil captar coco, piña o lima, ya que las frutas se entremezclan maravillosamente entre si). Algo de resina y hierba húmeda en boca, pero menos remarcadas que en aroma. Final de amargor suave pero perceptible. Postgusto frutal.
