Undated review: This beer was very fruity in flavor. It tastes more like Bartles & James than a beer. One for the women.

Undated review: This was a golden beer with a white head (actual name was slightly different). The beer smelled like dust and sweet. It tasted very hoppy in a good way.

Undated notes. Pours dark brown with a tan very creamy head. This was a sweet malty beer. Very similar to Guinness.

06/01/02: This tasted nice and nutty but was watery. The smell reminded me of vegetables. It wasn’t a bad beer but they make some others that are much better. I’ll have to remember to skip this one the nest time I’m there.

01/17/03: This is nice and malty and it has some sweet candy like flavors. The smell is on the hoppy side but there’s also some grassy aromas there. Tastes full bodied.

05/15/03: I’m not sure about this one. The alcohol punches you in the face from the start. It does have some nice dry malty features, but this one is not for me.

01/22/03: This looks great in the glass. It’s yellow with a billowy foam at the the top. I like the way this one is dry but also has some spiciness to it. It’s also nicely full bodied.

07/07/01: I don’t get to try IPAs fresh too often but they’re meant to travel so I guess that’s not a big deal. This smells like oranges and tastes bitter with some caramel there. I like it quite a bit.

07/01/03: I understand that the guy who made this is a homebrewer. He should definitely try to sellhis product more often! A great beer that is chocolatey with a nice spicy bite to it. The maltiness goes on forever.

Pretty decent beer. The raspberry wasn’t overpowering, but definitely there.

Decadence. Pours black with a grayed tan head. Aroma is hugely sweet and roasty, with coffee, chocolate, and plenty of roasted malt. Flavor is huge and impressive. Big big bittersweet roastiness, with coffee, chocolate, slight licorice, a hint of cherry, raisin, and a touch of nuttiness. Extremely complex, massive body, wonderful small bubbled mouthfeel. In the vein of Celebrator. Fantastic.

Colorado Brewing Hat Trick IPA
On cask. Pours nice and frothy in that inimitable cask conditioned way. Big hoppy aroma, with a bit of citrus and good malty backbone. Flavor is clean and sharp. Nice IPA. Plenty of body, well balanced, slightly estery, adding a grapefruit flavor. Hops are just right. Nice beer. My idea of a proper IPA.

Whiskey appearance of clear copper with a dollop of light tan cream. Cask like carbonation. Dry, hoppy and aggressively alcoholic. Massive amounts of Goldings hops balance the toffee malts and grainy candied sweetness. Medium thick body. Lush and supple. A perfect sipping style Strong ale.

Colorado Brewing Irish Dry Stout
Opaque with a thick creamy tan head on a non-nitro pour. Minimal carbonation. Thin, sourish initially. Dry. Cocoa elements and heaps of roasted malts. Slightly watery as expected. Raspberry hints. Thickens and generates a coffee aspect as it warms. Light bodied. Smooth and easy drinking. A solid, albeit thin, dessert brew.

Hazy amber with a sticky light tan head. Slow carbonation. Huge hop nose. Hoppy, citric and lush with bushy hop notes. Mellow body. Medium natured. Alcohol tasted in wisps. Dangerous with loads of Cascade hops and wheat malts for supreme drinkability. Surprised me with the amount of hops in this one.

Colorado Brewing Vienna Lager
Clear amber with a thin light tan head. Light carbonation. Clean, crisp smooth and malty sweet. Some citrus elements as well. Medium light body. Sharp and tingly. Well lagered. Toasted caramel coated popcorn flavors emerge as it warms. Good session brew.

I had forgotten that I drank this a few weeks ago. Quite refreshing and crisp, I liked the hoppiness. Amber-reddish color.

Colorado Brewing Hat Trick IPA
Nice english version with a slight americanized addition of Cascades, but not too much. Definate Goldings aroma and flavor and just a nice mellow brew, but no IPA by any means.

Average brown. Just too much caramel malts and not enough of anything else. Too sweet as well.

Nice lambic style wheat brew with an awesome rasberry flavor. Tart and mildly sour with not too much effervescence.
