Can. Aroma is wonderful cocoa. Color is very dark brown, ruby highlights, tan head that lingers. Very nice lacing. Flavor is tremendous. Very nice cocoa flavor. Med palate. Probably the best milk stout I've ever had. Certainly didn't taste the strength!

16 oz can purchased as a single at Tipsy’s Wine and Spirits in Mission, Kansas. The pour is a black brown with some ruby and a dark khaki 1/2 inch head. The aroma is coffee and cream, soft lactose sweetness. The taste is the milky cream and roast coffee with milk sweetness toward the back. The palate is medium to heavy bodied with soft carbonation and the milky sweet soft roast finish. Nice one.

Rock Bridge Rye You Lil' Punk
16 oz can purchased as a single at Tipsy’s Wine and Spirits in Mission, Kansas. The pour is a slight haze orange golden with a fizzy one inch white head that falls with a bit of lace. The aroma is sweet caramel, floral, and a hint of the spice of the rye. The taste is sweet caramel malt, the floral honey behind that, and some of the grainy rye towards the back. The palate is medium bodied, active carbonation and a honey rye somewhat lingering sweet finish.

Pour out of 16 oz can, dark black pour with tan head, aroma brought notes of big cocoa, roast, coffee, more espresso bean into a bit of dark fruit, sweet vanilla notes. Taste was a mix of cocoa, coffee, vanilla into some lactose, slight dark fruit, finishing sweet, slightly roasted. Tasty.

16oz can pours a muddy, dark brown/black with some some cloudy, grey/brown head. Nose is interesting, heavy chocolate, more chocolate bar then cocoa powder, coffee is more sweetened mocha than espresso, caramel, molasses and hints of vanilla. Flavor is sweet with molasses and chocolate soda, light coffee, cracker, some vanilla. Full bodied and a touch peppery on the finish.

16 oz. can from Craft Beer Cellar-Clayton. Pours an opaque deep coffee brown with a small tan head that settles into a ring and leaves some ropes and spots of lace in the glass. Chocolaty and milky, with a light toasted coconut note, mellow roast, fudge, really subtle coffee, giving it a little mocha thing, and a light earthy hop. Chocolate malt balls. Whoppers, right? Medium-bodied, with a smooth, balanced mouthfeel. Doesn’t show much coffee but I probably need a fresher one. Still, this is really impressive.

Great spicy and sweet aroma with a good dose of Falconer’s Flight. Light orange color with a large ivory colored head. The taste is heavy rye with a slightly bitter aftertaste. Spicy and hoppy at the same time. Good dense palate. This is really good.

Sampled from the tap at GTMW 2016. Pours a clear peachy orange with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has some earthy blood orange, a bit of yogurt and a lot of earthy wheat. Flavor starts with earthy wheat and slightly tart blood orange with some yogurt underlying.

16 oz can. The pour is a lighter black color with a thicker khakincolored head and a good bit ignore lace as it falls down. The aroma is really milky right up front. There is a good chocolate and a hint of coffee. This is almost like chocolate milk actually. A light sweetness just keeps everything grounded. The flavor is much of the same. There is a little more coffee going on which I like. The chocolate and milky sweetness remain, but are nicely balanced. It’s still really sweet and one-dimensional. The mouth feel is surprisingly light with a solid coffee flavor and a light milk chocolate that lingers on for a while. It’s good, but it just needs a little more viscosity and coffee on the finish. Not terrible.

Can shared. Pours a deep brown to black with a peanut butter colored head. Tons of peanut butter, chocolate, Reese’s peanut butter cups. Creamy peanut butter, Nutella, milk chocolate and fudge abound. Well-balanced finish with a lingering peanut butter dryness and chocolate sweetness. The surprise of the night for sure.

Pint can. Quite dark with some amber hues. A tan head that is nicely fluffy and leaves heavy lacing. The aroma is creamy and earthy and seems to lack roastiness. It is tasted, though, and is big. Creamy milk notes, dark fruit, bright citrus, vanilla, and chocolate (both milk and bakers). Bread, too. This is quite flavorful and has a bit of an attitude to it. Quite good.

16oz can. Black beer, tan head. Aroma isn’t super strong or coffee, which is good for a strong impy stout with coffee. A lightly fumy thick unsweet brownie aroma. Flavor is slick lightly coffee brownie as well. Sweet but not sugary and ligtly earthy bean dryness. Low acidity. A real full, classic but with a coffee twist impy stout, not too big, not too small but just goldilocks.

473ml can. Thanks Carl M. This one smells great cold, like a mocha. The flavor is tabasco when it is cold, no joke. But let it warm up and breathe a bit and it is chocoaltey and coffee forward, a nice beer.

Pour is a almost black with a small tan head. Aroma is a slight roasted malt and a slight coffee. Flavor is sweet with some nutty caramel with some cinnamon. Kind of a odd flavor for a milk stout. The flavor is not bad just not what I was expecting. No real strong roasted malt, this is more of a sweet stout. The alcohol is hidden well and there is some silky smooth chocolate malt left on the tongue. I agree with vyvvy this is the better offering from this brewer.

The beer pours dark brown with an off white head. The aroma had cream, milk, smooth roast, dark caramel coffee and heavy sweetness. It has a medium body with is kinda light for an imperial stout with mild carbonation. The taste has earthy hops, spice and light char. The finish is richer like the aroma. Pretty good. Easily best I’ve had from rock bridge.

Smells strongly of raisin, plum and other dark fruit. More like a Belgian than a stout, but there is some light roast coffee in the background. Dull black color with no head. Tastes like milk chocolate with a tinge of coffee bitterness and booze. Very good, albeit a little sweet. I would classify this as a sweet stout, not an imperial, maybe the ABV qualifies it as such. Smooth palate with low carbonation. Well done by Rock Bridge, I would like to try more of their beers soon.

Fairly dark, half finger dark khaki head. Smells of chocolate brownie, peanut butter, dark chocolate bar, chocolate grain or cereal, small bit of grape, stale coffee beans. Taste is sweet chocolate with some roasted hop bitter, vanilla, roasted coffee, a plastic like bitter in the finish. The off tastes in the finish aren't great but there's plenty of different chocolate tones, but coffee is subdued. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Dark black with a tan head. The first smell was chocolate cake with a little peanut butter. The chocolate cake follows in the taste breaking down into bakers chocolate, vanilla and confectioners sugar. A hint of cherry cordial. Ends with a slightly metallic and bakelite bitterness. A soft, medium-full mouthfeel. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
