Bardejov jest piekne tak jak ta barwa jasno bursztynowa, won miodu, spadzi oraz paprykowego leczo. W smaku jest delikatne, jak na miod pitny malo slodkie czuc orzechowosc pochodzaca zapewne od konopii ktorej jest tylko 0,3% ale ta papryczka Chilli dala tu kopniaka i to solidnego tylko 3gr na litr czuc jak rozgrzewa, je jest pikantnie, nie jes ostro ale milo rozpala podniebienie a po chwili poprawia sie cale ukrwienie organiznu.
