Black Bottle Floozy, Amelgian Wheat
Had this on tap at Austinís in Fort Collins. When brought to the table it didnít look like any wheat beer Iíd ever had. Waitress assured me it was and verified it came from Floozy tap. Weak, pale, bubbly beer. Kind of like a watered down Bud Light. Blah!

Black Bottle Static Age
Draft - cola-looking pour - potent hazelnut in the nose, along with vanilla and chocolate - flavor is fairly sweet, but with balancing roast, acidity, bitterness - light smoke - hazelnut and vanilla - a bit of black cherry - a bit too sweet on the tail end, but good.

Black Bottle Citrus Got Real
From growler. Pours hazy dark orange gold with a medium creamy white head that retains well and laces the glass.

The aroma is a little subdued - fruity resiny hops.

The flavor is sweet tropical fruit with some candy notes and some resiny piney hops. The mouthfeel is medium to full bodied with smooth carbonation.

Overall, a nice fruity IPA.

Black Bottle Yobbed With A Brick
Clear bright golden under a thin foamy white head. Boozy sugary nose with a bit of lagery cracker and honey tones. Big surprising flavor that has a bit of Belgian esters almost, with a mild fruity tone, some honey, wheat, booze warmth, cracker/doughy lager tones, and a artificially sweet finish. Weird but somewhat enjoyable.

Black Bottle Chester Copperpot
Clear rich copper like a whiney new penny, with a thin foamy off white cap. Rich English muffin and toast in the nose, definitely Maris Otter malt with a kiss of bready toffee tones. Crisp and dry flavor that has a lot of toasted English muffin and a mild crackery caramalt, and a cool crisp nutty finish. Mild earthy bitterness, just enough to balance. Bold yet straightforward ESB. Could also almost pass for a Marzen.

Black Bottle Earl Grey There Goes the Neighborhood
Lightly hazy golden hue under a thin spotty white head. Beautiful earl grey tea aromatics with a peppery citrusy saison ester under it. Crisp citrusy flavor thatís got a nice hay and Belgian ester nuance, earl grey in spades, and a cool crisp Belgian blonde malt finish thatís mostly dry. Overall sorta kinda tastes like sunscreen lotion, in a good way.

Deep brown hue with a thin light khaki head. Pleasant semisweet black malt aroma with a very mild effervescent fruitiness and a light crackeriness. Clean flavor thatís black malty and semisweet, light fruity esters like from the nose, which is weird for the style but not unwelcome; a little bready and very lightly toasted that still remains semisweet and lagery all around.
