Sampled at Walters, blackmcolor with a massive brown head and lace. Lots of carbonation. Up front and in the middle this is milk chocolate, hazelnut, count chocula marshmallows, Hershey, and malt. Finish was a bit metallic but that faded....mostly

The flavor is sweet doughy malts with lots of pumpkin spice and some fruit with a heavy spice finish. The mouthfeel is medium to full bodied with smooth carbonation.

Black Bottle There Goes The Neighborhood
Deep slightly hazy peach coloured body with a nice copper glow and a thinnish, two centimetre tall off-white head. Aroma of huge bananas and some ripe coconut waters along with a big dose of fruity hops and some mellow malts. Light to Medium-bodied; Strong rich malty notes at first hit and then the big punch of coconut water/milk is evident followed by a large banana presence and a hint of clovey and spicey yeast esters from the Belgian and/or German strain. Aftertaste is pungent with fruit, with a hint of maltiness, but very mild and nice, very easy-drinking. Overall, a great beer, especially in the summertime, packed with flavour and strength, but nice and mellow still. A great beer to sample, worth driving out of the way for, to sample here! I sampled this five ounce pour on draught at the Black Bottle Brew Pub on 05-June-2017 for US$2,25.

Black Bottle Youth Brigade
Deep copper and peach coloured body with a thinnish tan head. Aroma of resin, pine, grapefruit and a touch of tropical fruits. Medium-bodied; Resinous hoppy flavour at first with a big dose of grain, some citrus and grapefruit characteristics and a nice mellow sweetness near the end with the sugars playing out. Aftertaste is rich and full-bodied with the piney and assertive dank hops hitting hard and still finishing sweet. Overall, a nice Imperial IPA that hides the nearly 10% ABV well. Good to sample, especially on draught at the Brewpub! I sampled this five ounce pour on draught at Black Bottle Brew Pub in Fort Collins, Colorado on 05-June-2017 for US$2,25.

The flavor is sweet bready malt with tropical fruit and a lot of slightly toasted coconut followed by big slightly harsh bitter resiny hops. The mouthfeel is medium to full bodied with low carbonation.

Overall, an interesting fruity resiny IPA. The coconut goes pretty well.

Black Bottle I Wanna Talk to Sampson
On tap at the source during ck1 birthday trip. Black malts. Tangy. Not too smokey, and certainly not as hoppy as hoped. Not a cascadian, and not a smoked, certainly, but not a straight schwartzbier either. 13.6

Black Bottle Zero to Tooty Fruity
Clear golden coloured body with a tint of orange and a light, single centimetre tall pure white head. Aroma of sour funk, light berries and pears and finishing with a bit of grass. Light-bodied; Strong grassy flavour at first with some sour lemon and citrus funk noticeable along with a bit of banana and yeastie elements noticeable. Aftertaste shows some sour flavours and a touch of the sweetness from pears and apples. Overall, a mellow offering, slightly sour and decent, but far from a good or worthwhile sour beer. I sampled this five ounce pour on draught at the Black Bottle Brew Pub in Fort Collins, Colorado on 05-June-2017 for US$2,25.

Black Bottle Dark Passenger
Dark brown coloured body with a small, two centimetre tall tan head. Aroma of funk, malt, yeast, bread and a punch of leather and fruits - pungent throughout and not typical. Medium-bodied; Lightly funky flavours with a big dose of yeast and bread, some cherry and raspberry flavours coupled with some interesting malts and a decidedly vinegar finish that isn’t quite the best. Aftertaste shows some yeast, bread, honey and a tiny amount of fruity funk, decent, but far from great for the style. Overall, a bit too vinegary and pungent, but still nice to try and sample and now I can avoid it if I find it in New York. I sampled this five ounce pour on draught at the Black Bottle Brew Pub in Fort Collins, Colorado on 05-June-2017 for US$2,25.

Black Bottle Borbon Barrel Static Age
If someone feels so inclined, they can change the spelling of this beer, but I found it and I’m rater #2. Deep dark brown coloured body with a nice thinnish light brown head. Aroma of heavy bourbon and roasted malt, caramel, anise and a good deal of oats. Medium-bodied; Strong rich malty flavour at first with a ton of bourbon, a lot of grain and some good oaty flavours coupled with a large anise presence and some pitted fruit and caramelised sugar sweetness near the end. Aftertaste shows well with a good robust malty profile of oats and roasted malt and finishing with the good bourbon bite and a bit of sweetness. Overall, a nice rich opening to the beers here, great to sample on draught and not cloying to the palate at all. I sampled this five ounce pour on draught for US$2,25 at the Brew Pub in Fort Collins, Colorado on 05-June-2017.

Black Bottle Barrel Aged London Gentleman
Slightly hazy deep rusty amber with a thin light beige cap. Rich woody nose with lots of cherry and toffee and a kiss of whiskey and and a malty depth I can’t describe. Brisk flavor that’s mostly toffee malty and a little biscuity with cherries and woody whiskey, with a woody boozy malty finish. A tad bit muddled and doesn’t shine in any direction, but still tasty.

Black pour with a thin spotty light khaki head. Weird earthy roasty balck malt nose with cocoa and lactic wildness. Smooth body and mouthfeel with dark chocolate malt and a little roast but also with lots of earthy twangs and a slight little bit of lacto sourness and a weird eaarthy finish. Odd.

Black Bottle I Wanna Talk to Sampson
Deep dark brownish black hue with a spotty thin light kahki head. Brisk earthy woody and piney hop nose with a light bit of citrus peel and roasted black malts underneath. Interesting and complex flavor that’s smokey but bright and roasty and citrusy and piney, slightly meaty and resinous and hoppy, with a cooling finish. Very weird, not necessarily disjointed but there’s conflicting flavors of roast and darkness and bright sunshiney hops and sausage-y smokiness.

Black Bottle Bockstreet's Bock, Alright! (Bourbon Barrel Aged)
Dark cloudy Amber hue with a foamy but thin light khaki head. Thin nose of woody bourbon lines a malty deep bready undertone on the aroma. Smooth but full flavor of sharp oak, tempered by some dark German malts and bready tones, tempered by a subtly sweet bourbon kiss. Rich and full and pleasant, but doesn’t shine in any direction.

Black Bottle High Country Collusion: Ron Scotch
Deep heavy dark brown hue with a spotty ivory cap. Big caramelized wheat aroma that’s earthy and sticky with maple and slightly clove-y. Big full flavor with all the same notes as the aroma: maple, burnt caramel and wheat, and dark English malts. Weird, not bad, just tastes mostly of burnt sugar and maple tones.

Black Bottle Tequila Steve
Hazy copper hue with a thin foamy off white head. Big tequila and woody agave nose with a mild earthy resinous hop tone underneath. Big bold woody tequila flavor with a resounding pale malt/agave undertone, quite earthy but tequilaish, bright, a little limey, a little earthy hoppy resinous, and a woody agave slightly fruity hopped finish. Really cool.

Black Bottle They Killed Killer Bee
Clear deep amber hue with a lasting sticky ivory head. Huge honey and slightly boozy aroma with honey covered piney hop tones and a kiss of sticky toffee undertones with more pine resins. Flavor is the same, but with a dose of crystal Amber malts, pine hoppy resins, and lots of honey and toffee. Bitter enough to balance, crisp enough to not be a barleywine, and really delightful overall.

Black Bottle Floozy, Amelgian Wheat
Had this on tap at Austin’s in Fort Collins. When brought to the table it didn’t look like any wheat beer I’d ever had. Waitress assured me it was and verified it came from Floozy tap. Weak, pale, bubbly beer. Kind of like a watered down Bud Light. Blah!

Draft - cola-looking pour - potent hazelnut in the nose, along with vanilla and chocolate - flavor is fairly sweet, but with balancing roast, acidity, bitterness - light smoke - hazelnut and vanilla - a bit of black cherry - a bit too sweet on the tail end, but good.
