Town Hall Anniversary Ale Global IPA
Approximately 3 oz. from a 5 oz. pour, on tap at the brewpub in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Consumed on 11-28-17. Dark copper to mahogany. Moderate amount of long-lasting, beige head. Clear. Looks very good. Quite dark for an IPA. Dirt, nuts, and toffee in aroma. A touch of soapy, poopy vomit, unfortunately. Only a small amount of that, but enough to make the aroma below average. Malty taste. Dry chocolate to mocha. Bitter finish. Brazil nuts. Some paint? Borderline astringent. Coffee beans. Some citrus. Carob or chocolate covered raisin. Poorly executed. Medium body. Smooth enough. Not bad palate effects. Nothing special. Not a terrible beer but a flawed and below average one. Produces a slight wince upon sipping; not a good sign. 4.4.5.3.9=>2.5

Town Hall Mosaic Mania
Approximately 3 oz. from a 5 oz. pour, on tap at the brewpub in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Consumed on 11-28-17. Clear, deep bronze to copper. Small to moderate amount of beige head. Good lacing. Looks good. Weak but pleasant, Mosaic aroma. Caramel, pine, and citrus scents. Malty, leafy flavor. Sweet vanilla. Berry in the finish. Gym bag. Very Mosaic. A good amount of malt presence. Soft in the palate. Quite smooth. Enjoyable softness, and the beer isn't sweet enough for it to be problematic. Nice beer. Solid, good, not great. Good Mosaic showcase with a stronger malt backbone than most of today's IPAs, but additional hops could round it out better. 7.4.7.4.14=>3.6

Approximately 3 oz. from a 5 oz. pour, on tap at the brewpub in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Consumed on 11-28-17. Bright, mostly clear bronze. Beige head with good lacing. Weak but not unpleasant smell. Malty aroma. Resin and orange scents. Not enough going on in the smell. Grassy, herbal, dry, bitter flavor. Frothy in the palate. Light to medium body. Not bad but not the most substantial palate. Nice, bitter, but not special APA. 6.4.7.3.14=>3.4

Keg @ Town Hall. Deep brown pour with a very tight tan head. Ridiculously strong milk chocolate on the nose. Loads of rocky road fudge. Hershey's syrup. Some vanilla and hot butterscotch. Unsurprisingly sweet profile. Just a hint of spice and boozy heat on the finish. Chocolate ganache and caramel sauce. Decadent, full and rich. Fairly silky mouthfeel. Brueryesque, so YMMV.

Town Hall Masala Mama IPA
From Sep 2006 Got a Growler of this in a trade with TastyTaste: Poured a copper red with a nice thick head of foam. After a while, the foam shrinks down to a fine but solid layer and...look at all the lacing. Wow. The smell is of citrus and pine and grass and has floral notes as well. Nice smelling IPA that's tickling my smell buds. The taste up front is hugely hoppy with grapefruit, pine, grass...a wide variety of bitter tones all in one ale and they work really well together. Heck, midway through and just before the finish there's even a good amount of caramel malt. The finish is superb, leaving me with a good, long aftertaste that let's me savour the flavours long after the liquid has left the scene of this....anti-crime. ;^) The more I sip on this one, the more I *want* to sip on it...great batch of tastes but easy drinking, light on the carbonation, refreshing as all heck... Bottom line: I give a big salute to TastyTaste for enabling me to try this wonderful nectar. I *love* it!

Town Hall Black Barrel Gold
Keg @ Town Hall. Deep reddish purple pour with a small head. Sort of one-dimensional on the nose. Overpowering Meyer lemon with some estery Belgian yeast accents. Interesting flavor's. Very tart blackberry / raspberry / lemon up front. A bit of chamomile. Grows a bit sweeter and chewier as the beer warms a bit. Some butterscotch. Mildly leathery. Full bodied, a touch of boozy barrel on the finish. Bright carb keeps things fairly nimble.

Keg @ Town Hall. Deep brown pour with a tight tan head. Hugely expressive nose. Vivid coconut and loads of milk chocolate. Mounds Bar. Mild bourbon booziness. Accomplishes the tough task of being quite sweet without ever being overly cloying or tough to drink. Milk chocolate, toasted coconut. Mellow caramel. Assertive, hot finish. Silky in the palate. Excellent stuff. TH know their way around a barrel.

Town Hall Alpha Nimbus White IPA
On tap at Town Hall Station with blonderedhead. Hazy orange juice like appearance. Minimal head. Lacing strong. Nose is bright citrus with a little bit of pine. Taste brings a healthy dollop of bitterness like you're chewing a citrus rind. There is not a lot of balance going on. The appearance makes you think heavily citrus sweet juicy NE style beers but it's definitely not along those lines. Not one of my favorites.
