Town Hall Pitstop
Majority of 5 oz. pour, on tap at Town Hall Station in Edina, Minnesota. Consumed on 7-4-17. Dull rose appearance. Moderate amount of creamy, off-white head. Hazy. Nice color. Light but decided, tart cherry aroma. Cherry is not overwhelming in flavor but unmistakable. Good balance, which is hard to achieve with such a light base. Perhaps errs a bit on the side of too much cherry and too sweet. Frothy in the palate. Light to medium body. Not crisp as promised in the description, unfortunately. 7.4.6.3.13=>3.3

Some floral soap in the smell. Simple, inoffensive flavor. Not a lot of flavor but what’s there is quite nice. Pine. Adequate dryness but could stand to be drier. Frothy in the palate. Tap at Town Hall Lanes. Fairly clear bright orange pour with a clingy white head. Juicy pineapple and tropical fruit. Any bitterness that might be here almost comes off as excuse-me-I’m supposed-to-have-some-bitterness. Mild cardboard. Just not executed well.

Town Hall HoopSteiner Session IPA
5 oz. pour, on tap at Town Hall Station. Consumed on 6-24-17. Clear, highly effervescent brass to bronze with nearly white head. Looks pretty good but I’ve seen many a similar-looking beer. Pleasant, funky aroma. Dusty and musty smell above a sweet, fruity, almost tropical base. Definitely modern hops here in the nose. Scents of pineapple and mango (perhaps more so even than Mango Mama in the same flight). Nice, funky, armpit, almost chemical flavor. Lightly bitter in the finish. Frothy in the palate. Light body. Pretty good and memorable session IPA. 7.3.7.3.13=>3.3
