Silver City Tropic Haze IPA
Draught, Elizabeth Station. Cloudy light amber. Thin head. Robust earthy hop aroma - bright pines and subtler tropical fruit notes. Bitter, pithy, a touch yeasty but I like the lingering bitterness. Blends the NE thing with classic Washington IPA.

Amber pour. Lager aromas, paper and biscuits, lots of them. Tastes simple fruity, sweet and some honey there. Not so long aftertaste berries and not too long either. Seems to be brewed to the style, not my favourite style but good at what it is.

Extremely hazy with lots of lace. Aroma of pineapple and tangerine. This is over the top dry hopping done right. Lingering orange flavors, good bitterness, and a creamy mouthfeel.

Silver City Whoop Pass Double IPA
Keg at Shilling Brewery Co, Glasgow in the company of Nick and Anna 19th May 2017 A busy carbonation with a white head that leaves lacing down the edges of the glass, excellent clarity and light amber in colour. Lovely soft mouthful and bags and bags of hops and wow this is a beast of a beer. This is a big, big hoptastic beer, juicy and with a good bittersweet balance, citrus and pine push through. Appearance: Darker black brown. Thin ring of tan bubbles. Nose: Dark chocolate, bittersweet cocoa, roasted coffee beans Taste: Smooth dark chocolate cocoa, medium roasty malt. Bittersweet chocolate to the finish Body: medium to fuller, silky Parting thoughts: a cocoa bomb. Rather one note, but that note is sooo well done. Iíll overlook it.

12 oz can pours yellowish gold with very mild haze, was expecting a lot hazier. Aroma is mild lemon, mango, pineapple, cereal. Taste is mildly bitter more like a pale ale with a solid malt backbone. Dry crisp finish with a little oily and sticky hop aftertaste. Overall a very enjoyable ipa.

Silver City Time Goddess Bourbon Barrel-Aged Raspberry Imperial Stout
Black with a beige head. Noticeable raspberry in the aroma but somewhat overpowered by the stout and barrel notes. Medium bodied. Itís a different story when we get to the flavor. That raspberry is full frontal. Raspberry, light roasted malts, some bourbon, light chocolate. Raspberry is the main player. Very tasty if you like the tartness of the berries with chocolate. It gets a bit much after a whole bottle but itís still very nice.

Hazy glowing orange with a white head. Powerful citrus and pine notes in the aroma. Flavor is the same. Has a nice rough bitterness throughout to remind you that not IPAs are fruit juice. Full bodied. A really enjoyable IPA.

12 oz can, thanks brenn79. Aroma is citrus powder drink, rind, garbage. Pours hazy cantaloupe with a collapsing off-white head. Taste is lightly bitter with flavors matching the aroma. The weird garbage note is distracting.

I think my 6-pack is somewhat oxidized but this beer is also stupid sweet. Very caramelly with some cherry and other indiscernible fruit flavors. Not really my cup of tea at all.

12 oz can- Pours very hazy straw golden with a large white head that mostly holds leaving cobwebby lace. Aroma is strong tropical, mango, oranges, yet somewhat dank and resinous. The taste is tropical fruits, pine resin, grapefruit, pineapple, mango, medium level bitterness, lightly dry finish. Very tasty, pleasant surprise, giving those East Coast IPAís a run for their money!

Draft pour pint at Hop and Hound. A clear, but thick copper pour with an oily fizz head. I never new maibocks we so malty. Soft caramel malt aroma. Flavor is very sweet malt, with a buried spice hidden in there. Ton of malt that the sweetness lingers from. Also a little apple in there room Not the most pleasant beer for me, but there are some decent qualities here. A pint is more.than enough.

12-oz can. Pours a murky bright golden amber with a dense and creamy off-white head that sticks around for a while. Bright tangy sweet juicy pineapple nose. Creamy medium body with lively carb. Light caramel under a big juicy pineapple wash on the mid palate. Finish gets very dry and almost resiny out of nowhere. Let it finish sweet and it will be a pretty dazzling beer. Great name and great Miami Vice style can from a brewery that is usually not known for jumping out ahead when big trends hit.

2013 vintage with a gold foil cap. Crown cap with a cork. Donít get it. Pours an interesting cola like appearance. On first sip there is a bit of noticeable vinegar. Some brown sugar, red wine and root beer flavors. A touch of vanilla to round it out. Not bad really. Has a nice warming flavor to it. Not overly tart but just enough.

500ml bottle @ Mattís. Pours an opaque black with a small tan head. Nose is a bourbon and barrel, with hints of a roasted note. Medium bodied with light carbonation. Flavour is a great improvement over the regular version. Light roasted character with a sweetness and a light amount of bourbon. Though it is an improvement there is still a lot of room to improve.

Silver City Time Traveller - Bourbon Barrel
500mL bottle, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma brings out lots of bourbon upfront, with some sludgy notes and medium roast. Flavour is along the same lines, with lots of bourbon barrels upfront, followed by toasted caramel, a little sludge and medium roast. This is so much better than the regular Time Traveller. The sludginess isnít as apparent and the bourbon shines through nicely. Still not the most elegant beer, but itís quite good overall.

Dark brown body, medium brown head. The aroma has a messy chocolate and alcohol character. On the palate, basically the same. Quite harsh, actually, on the palate. I think itís mostly just husky, though the alcohol might be a bit too prominent as well. I donít know - seems poorly refined here.
