Draft @Rusty Rail, Grouse Mountain, Vancouver. Small white head, yellow/golden colour, clear. Aroma: malts, wet cardboard, bit of banana - sort of weizen. Lightly bitter taste with sweet/malty aftertaste. Light body, lively. Just alright.

Canned. Hazy yellow body, small white head. The aroma has strong grapefruit juice/pop. The taste is mellow and tart without being overly bitter. Quite refreshing.

Canette de 473 ml. Couleur noir avec un grand col beige. Arôme de malt torréfiés, de céréales grillées et de fruits séchés. Goût de céréales grillés, d’épices douces et de pain. Pas mal pour une bière faites par MolsonCoors.

Pours a super clear golden with no head and no lacing. Nose is corn almost exclusively. Taste is corny as well and not too bitter. Body is light, carbonation super high and prickly. Burp inducing. Watery. Macro corn-flavored sparkling water. Meh.

12 oz. can at The Ravens Club in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Taste is okay. A nice beer to fall back on, especially if it’s the cheapest thing on the menu.

Nice beer. Has to be carbonated if it’s even a bit flat it’s not good. I’ve only tried it from the bottle they don’t have it on tap in Irish pubs.

Light smell, light taste, light colour; it's a typical Canadian pissbeer. It's not terrible, but don't expect to be too blown away by it, unless it's your first beer ever, then you might.

I poured it from the bottle into a pint glass. It pours golden with a foamy, white head. The aroma was skunky grain. The taste was corn, cereal, and skunky bitterness. This didn’t taste very good and smelled even worse. I wouldn’t get this again.

Appearance: clear pale straw with one finger of fluffy white head, good retention and well-defined lacing. (3/5) Aroma: grassy, corn, pale malt. (4/10) Taste: moderate sweet, low bitter. (4/10) Palate: light body, moderate carbonation, short mild finish. (3/5) I drank an awful lot of this when I was young(er) and stupid(er). My response to it now is pretty predictable - but it’s nigh-on the only thing at YYZ I haven’t officially ranked before, so what’m I supposed to do? (9/20) 4.5/10 #ryansbooze ryansbooze.com

Pours a very big foamy head and has a slightly hazy, yellowish appearance. Patchy lacing. Average carbonation. Mild wheaty and light citrus aromas. Flavours are quite similar with a bit of grainy malts and wheats as well as mild citrus hops. Slight tangy mouthfeel and a tad watery. Not bad for a mass produced product from Molson. Perfect for summer!

Possibly my least favorite Rickards beer. Not a big fan of the blonde. I had a Buffy stage, but brunettes and redheads are better. Yes. I’m talking about beer still. Sorta... Just drink a Rickards Red , Dark, or White instead.

Molson Export
Enjoyable taste of malt, alcohol and sweet grains. Just a subtle amount of hops. Slight caramel taste. Medium/low carbonation. Fresh subtle finish. Very drinkable. This beer is made since 1903 and I feel that’s how a real beer without an overdose of hops and spices should taste like. This is an ale (macro) and it tastes much better than most of the macro lagers which taste basically nothing. I’ve tested a lot of macro beer, and this beer as a distinctive, much stronger taste (of malt, alcohol and grain) than other beer without being overloaded with hops and other spices like many craft beers. I like to mix it (in the fridge) with Labatt 50. Labatt 50 being another traditional macro ale with a long history, weaker malt taste and more of a fruity taste. The Molson Export as a distinctive taste which elevates it above most of the macro beers out there. 18/20

I poured it from the bottle into a pint glass. It pours golden with a white head and decent lacing. The aroma is faint corn and grain. The taste is apple, corn, and grain. The sweetness fades into some bitterness. The alcohol was hid well. This was okay.

Bottle: Poured a clear copper color ale with a small foamy head with limited retention and no lacing. Aroma of light dry citrusy hops notes with some light caramel malt also noticeable. Taste is a mix of watery caramel malt notes with subtle dry hoppy notes. Body is light with light carbonation. Short on flavours which is not that surprising.

Certainly a required taste. An okay mouthfeel, but I can’t accept the harsh, soapy-cologne finish. Commonly ordered by non-beer drinkers or light drinkers. This is a beer I’ve had to order due to limited selection. I’ve never found the taste acceptional.

Molson Canadian Cider White Cranberry
Can. Clear and bright light golden, small wispy head. Aroma of jammy berries - more like raspberry or blackberry than cranberry, although there is a hint in there if you look for it. The flavour, however, is all about the cranberry, starting sweet but turning tart in the middle before an off-dry finish. Not much apple character, just a bit coming through toward in the end. It’s certainly not something I’d drink every day - I doubt I’ll even finish this single can - but for a mass-produced flavoured cider, it’s respectable.

Molson Canadian Cider Stone Fruit
Can. Bright and clear golden. Massive peach candy aroma that allows just a faint hint of apple to come through. Flavour is similarly dominated by sweet peach and apricot, very candy-like. A bit of tart apple squeaks through in the finish, bringing a much needed hint of dryness, but nowhere near enough to cut through the sticky stone fruit sweetness. Nope, not for me, thanks.

Clear yellow color with a tall, stable off-white head. Some pale malt and floral hops. Light peppery alcohol. Smells like I would expect a decent malt liquor to smell like. Pale malt sweetness. Some dough and bits of spicy alcohol. If I had to live on malt liquors, this would be near the top of the list. 4/13
