Dry Dock Signature Series Pumpkin Double Porter
Black pour under a thin light khaki head. Lovely nose of bourbonny wood and dark sweet black malt and a wave of pungent pumpkin spices (cardamom and allspice and clove in abundance). Big sweet flavor that’s dark and boozy and chocolaty, lots of pumpkin spice, clove, nutmeg, lots of hot bourbon and woody tones with a semisweet chocolaty pumpkin spiced finish.

Can. Head is initially small, fizzy, off-white, fully diminishing. Body is clear dark yellow to light amber. Aroma is moderately malty (malt syrup, caramel, cereal, grain). Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly acidic, lightly bitter. Finish is lightly to moderately sweet, lightly acidic, lightly to moderately bitter. Light to medium body, watery/syrupy texture, lively carbonation. Yuck...terrible raw malt odor and syrupy sweet. Not even remotely enjoyable in any way.

Dry Dock Colorado Freedom Memorial Blonde Ale
Thanks Frank. This was poured into a becher pint glass. The appearance was a golden bronzed color with a film of a little white foamy head that receded at a nice pace. Sliding lace. The aroma had some sweet corn, light biscuits, and grassy sweet hops. The flavor brought the prior mentioned aromas together sweetly and kicked the aftertaste with the grassy sweet hops which propelled the finish to be somewhat grassy sweet. The palate was light bodied with a good carbonation about it. ABV felt as projected by the brewer. Overall, I didnt mind this beer. Probably would be better with food, though.

Dry Dock Grapefruit Double IPA
12 oz. can. Pours a medium, this, slowly dissipating, off white head, with slight lacing over a slightly hazy gold (SRM 5) body......nose is grapefruit, mild dankness, slight pine, mild toasted malts with bread, balanced between grapefruit and hops......taste is mildly grapefruit sweet, with light bread, cracker tones, finishing with mild bitterness......mouth feel medium light body, mild alcohol warmth low carbonation. This is a pleasant, easy drinking, enjoyable beer, but it misses the style of an I/DIPA in malts and hops, and is a Fruit Beer. Score above to enjoyment, below to style. BJCP 6/3/10/4/5

Bottle. Roan brown with a small khaki head that slowly recedes to a fine film. The aroma is big and bold with fresh raspberries. The taste also features raspberries, cocoa and bitter baking chocolate. The palate is thick, full and viscous. The finish is long and sticky with lingering berries. Overall: Decent--the raspberry flavor was surprisingly good, but the bitterness was just a tad strong and did not work well with the berries.
