3 Bière Pousset Blonde Bottle. It pours a clear, golden body and a dense, off-white head of moderate size. The aroma is quite malty and fruity, with some cellarish hints. Weak but pleasant. The flavor is mostly on the fruity side, with apples and pears, some pale malts, grass and piney notes. Medium body, pleasant, soft carbonation, quite dry. An easy drinkable and tasteful beer, quenching, but not a beer to sit down and enjoy by the fireplace. 121124 Saturday, November 24, 2012

1.8 Bière Pousset Blonde Bottle from Björn, thanks. Thinn beige lace. Thinn yellow color. The taste is also small with tired old pale maltiness. Better than their apple beer but not much. Wednesday, February 8, 2012

1.5 Bière Pousset à la Pomme Bottle from Björn, thanks. Thinn off-white lace. Clowdy yellow color. Apple aroma almost like an apple wein. Very sweet taste with lots of apple taste. Where is the bitterness? To mix in apple juice with beer don’t give a nice product. This is why this is probably one of few apple beer there is in the world. Apples are perfect for cider, malt is perfect for beer. Wednesday, February 8, 2012

2.4 Bière Pousset à la Pomme Bottled. Cloudy golden, rich head. Rich aroma of apple and bubblegum. Sweet and estery with light body, think a more estery Lindemans Apple. Clean mouthfeel, no bitterness. Rather candyish. Saturday, November 19, 2011

3.4 Bière Pousset à la Pomme Pours opaque with virtually no head. Fragant apple aroma. Sweet and very apply flavour; goes down a treat. Manages the sweetness and sourness well into a refreshing beverage. Quite possibly the best non-lambic fruit beer I’ve had. Thursday, November 10, 2011

1.8 Bière Pousset Framboise Bottle 33cl found in Paris supermarket. A awful over sugared mixture, no malt aroma, no hops. Should be a wit beer with raspberry, it’s only a raspberry syrup, difficult to finish the bottle. Tuesday, November 2, 2010

2.8 Bière Pousset Framboise After the disaster of a "fruit beer" that their Pomme turned out to be, the masochist I am, I decided to get a bottle of this stuff. Dark red body and pink head, very solid, quite appealing in fact. Aroma is tart raspberries, sugary, sweet, not natural, but still smelling fresh. Taste is a mix of raspberry, cherry, and sweet syrup taste, very sweet. Lots of sugar. Did I mention sugar yet? Not bad, but not natural, still fake, but less fake than their apple beverage. Friday, September 3, 2010

1.6 Bière Pousset à la Pomme Quite an attractive pour, foggy yellow or bright orange, big fluffy head that slowly slowly rises. Smells of sweet candy apple, very fake, not related to a cider or something. Taste is sweet fake apple with a finish of bread. Sugary finish. More like pop and way too sweet for me. 1.6 Bière Pousset à la Pomme Bottle@Home. Refreshing aroma of green apples with some banana in their that makes it artificial. Cloudy, yellow, small white head, few lace. Very very sweet, mainly applejuice with a touch of yeast. Sticky, cloying. I think I’ll feed this to my kids. Friday, November 28, 2008
