Hartwall Polar Monkeys Chair Man
330ml bottle @ Slush.D. Sweetish, surprisingly freshly hopped, slightly grapefruity and citrusy IPA. A lot better than other Polar Monkeys, this one is actually quite decent.

Canned. This is amazing. The title suggest this would be a British style IPA but it tastes, looks like and smells like a Nordic lager. Wow. The rosemary is quite discusting.

Hartwall Polar Monkeys Silverback Strong Ale
Clear, very deep ruby red color with medium caramel brown foam. Aromas of light acidic fruit juice, bit like redcurrant, pomegranate and cherry folowed by light malt and slight caramel notes. Palate, full body with smooth texture leaving short sweet finish. Taste, would dare to say slightly boozy and fruity with bit of caramel and thats about all. Overall, all good other than alcohol is not masked to well, somewhat overwhelming the palate and is harder to identify flavours.

Just overall bad macro lager. Weak grassy hops that almost smell like piss. Some malts on the taste with basic cardboard feel. Too watery. Even in Finland there are many better macro lagers...

Hartwall Polar Monkeys Silverback Strong Ale
Severely underrated. Pours a lovely clear ruby brown with a medium shortlived light tan head. Aroma of black currant, toast, baguette crust, caramel. Perfect balance of medium sweetness and fruity tartness accompanied by light but persisting crispy bitterness. Medium to full body, medium carbonation, smooth oily texture. One of the best fruit beers I’ve tried in a long time (and I dislike fruit beers). The amount of fruity aromas and tartness is just right, not dominating but complementing the rest of the flavors.
