Piwo wygląda bardzo ładnie.Głęboki malinowo-wiśniowy kolor, różowawa, dość obfita, w miarę gęsta piana. Zapach wiśni i marcepanu, trochę pralinkowy. W smaku wiśniowa bomba. Słodycz na umiarkowanym poziomie, kwaśność również. Naprawdę wyważone piwo. Myślę, że dość łatwe do wypicia dla każdego.

Bottle: Served in a taster: Golden body with white head. Nose and flavour are remarkable. This is most likely the most cliché but decent executed triple out there. Flavour and taste seems to be quite decent but nothing extreme or maybe even a bit uninviting because of the basic... Not bad I guess...

From75cl bottle. Pours hazy, pale amber with average white foam. Aroma is of caramel and honey, plus some liquor feeling. Body is medium-dense, with lots of carbonation and some stickiness. Taste is rather sweet and liquor-like, with honey coming up. Also white-pulp fruit. Finish is sweet and average in length.

Z beczki. OK.

Bottle, 0.33l. Slightly cloudy copper pour with slight red hue. One finger creamy white head with average retention. Lasting thin layer. Pleasant nose, yeasty and malty with a herbal touch. Medium body with smooth texture. Pretty high on carbonation, lively on the tongue. Malt sweetness and alcohol bitterness mixed well for nicely balanced taste. Aroma of malt, yeast, herbs and liquor. Caramel and toffee. Slight wood and nuts notes. Subtle tartness as it warms up. Boozy finish, mostly dry, medium lasting. Overall, pretty good tripel. Tasty.

Bouteille (333ml): Pale golden to golden, lively carbonation, stable and creamy off-white head; mild to moderate sourish-fruity nose, grainy and yeasty-tart aromas well detectable, may traces of bittering hops included; milder sourish-sweetish flavour with a slight bitterness, astonishingly light bodied for a beer of 7%, more tart than soft; more bitter - not hoppy (!) - grainy-fruity finish. From Belgium, but not a masterpiece...

On draft at the Earth Eagle, Portsmouth, NH. This is one classy brew. It’s restrained and complex, with a lot of balanced stone fruit and raisin flavors on the tongue before finishing surprisingly clean and quickly. Reminded me a lot of some of the great Belgian Quads (Rochefort, St. B, and especially Westvleteren).

Bottle, 0.33l. Deep amber pour, cloudy. One finger off-white head with very good retention. Lasting thin layer. Thick lacing. Nose is heavy malt, yeast, slight alcohol. Touch of roastiness. Medium body with quite aggressive carbonation. Thick and oily on the tongue. Taste is..... excessively sweet. Strikes as a sugar bomb! Aroma of heavy malt, caramel, toffee, brown sugar. Syrupy. Molasses. A bit sticky. Poor job on hiding the high ABV despite all the sweetness. Boozy. Lots of aocohol. Nicely warming, perhaps not so nicely balanced but! - sill nice nonetheless. Interesting aftertaste, a touch of citrus to it. Somewhat woody. Dry finish. Overall, quite interesting. And if you can tolerate the sweetness - quite tasty. Pretty good drink to enjoy on cold winter evenings. Good one.

A unbelievable strong smell of malt, chocolate and cacao, a soft alcoholic touch is hiding in the background. The small fizzy beige head disappears fast, the body is black. A malty and light fruity taste, cacao, chocolate. The body is strong, creamy and oily with a soft carbonation. A very good beer for the fireplace!

Fantastiskt god smak! Mjuk, stor kropp, klibbig, lätt karbonerad, lätt beska i bakgrunden.

0,33l bottle. (Barista Chocolate Quad version) Dark brown colour with lasting/lacing off-white head. Aroma: Caramel, chocolate, light roasted coffee beans with raisin, dry fruits, vanilla. Taste: Very sweet (marcipan/almond) start with lots of spicey (pumpkin/nutmeg/popcorn) tone with apleasent bitter mouthfeel. A little bit messy and unusual but not in a good way. Has a smooth texrure but the high alcohol is quite noticable. Full body with soft carbonation. Long sweet and spicey finish. Not bad at all but a bit strange with a lots of unusual taste. I don’t know what’s the difference between the the Barista and the Winter version.

On tap @ Kulminator. The 2013 version. This one has a lovely looking almost fluffy beige-red head on top of a deep bronze red cloudy body. Smells really good also. Loaded with cherry fruitiness this. Kersj Pink with vanilla ice cream and sweet smooth chocolate. Just like that. Brings back good memories. It tastes really good also. Sweet and fruity. Chocolate and more Kersj Pink. Sticky flavors. A subtle hint of mint also detected. Mild woody towards the finish. Just a really good one. Did not expect to enjoy this as much as I’m actually doing. 09.03.2017

An overwhelming flavour of cherries on top of a sour beer. If that’s your thing then good luck, but it really isn’t for me. It just wasn’t very integrated and I found it a touch too sweet. It was thirst quenching which increased the score, but not my most favourite beer experience.
