The amber colour is the result of brewing a pure variety of two-row spring malt, the addition of roasted wheat along with a careful selection of spices in its recipe.
La Ramée is a non-filtered high fermentation beer, re-fermented in the bottle, exceptionally easily to digest, with a slightly peppery flavour.
Used to be 8%. Changed to 7.5% at least 2015, maybe earlier.
In 2015-2016 for sure brewed at Du Bocq. [verified by e-mail from the brand owner. -tderoeck]
Supposedly in the past brewed at Brunehaut.
