This offering is based on an old world IPA, with a little extra, hence double pale. In recent years the discerning consumer has come to expect a real wallop from any beer described as IPA, let alone double. This ale is of traditionally described "double strength" and is hopped liberally. It is our first product manufactured from 100% organic ingredient and combines all of our breweries resources to present a well balanced product of intricate complexity.
