It’s officially summer and that means cucumbers are just starting to come into harvest. Cool cukes are such a nice cooling summer treat, and we decided to make a summer Saison with them. Adding ~24lbs of English cucumbers per barrel, and a large amount of basil, this recipe is certain to become an epic summer time favorite.
