Cask 3.8% & Bottled 4.0%

Cravenbrau is brewed using Lager malt along with our traditional Ale malt. We also use German hops more commonly found in a lager to give a clean crisp refreshing pint. Cravenbrau is bottle coditioned- it matures and carbonates naturally, due to the yeast sediment present.
