A light ale brewed with Motueka hops, it has also had over 20kg of fresh lemons added to the boil as well as fresh coriander. There is also generous amounts of Nelson Sauvin as a late kettle addition. We have also dry hopped the beer with a local hop named Motueka itself. Citrusy in every respect, these Saaz derived hopscomplement the lemons well in a refreshingly different ale.
