Cascada (the Italian word for waterfalls or rapids) is named to honour the large Italian- Canadian population which immigrated to the region and has made such a massive contribution to our community. Niagara’s Best Cascada Premium White Ale is a Belgian-style Wit beer. It is a very refreshing beer which reminds as much of a cooler as a traditional lager beer with its tastes of coriander and orange peel. This beer has a slight cloudiness because it is unfiltered to ensure that each and every nuance of the flavours is preserved.
