A non dry-hopped trial of Hop Manifesto, our first testbrew under the Brew Company license. Hop manifesto itself is a bitter and hoppy pale ale with a great balance between its malt and the resinous, bitter hops which come through strongly in the aftertaste with a fruity and citrus-heavy attack on the tongue and although this version won’t be as hoppy in the aroma it’ll still be hop-heavy!
