Throughout history, oysters and stouts have been a considered a perfect pairing. Fisherman’s Oyster Stout takes this classic combination further with our own version of a style whose history has been lost in time. Using hundreds of crushed oyster shells in our mash, the result was a roasty stout with a rich body and smooth mouth-feel to go with it’s unique flavor and aroma.
