An intriguing marriage of opposite base styles. Brewed with Red X, the super clean base malt and some melanoiden balances the dank, citrus, and tropical qualities of Idaho 7, Centennial, and Citra hops. A small amount of Carafa is used to ensure that we nail that striking ruby red colour that tends to elude many brewers.
