Our new German-style Dampfbier is brewed just like a traditional hefeweizen, except there’s no wheat in it! It is still fermented with hefe yeast, so that it has the same tasty touch of clove, banana, and bubblegum in the aroma and flavor and a light drinkable body. It is a very old style of beer that is rarely, if ever, brewed nowadays!
