Common descriptors are
Our dry honey wine is a big white wine. It is dominated by big honey overtones to create a real white wine with substance. Meant to pair with pork chops and strong demi-glaze sauces that other white wines can not handle. We took our New England honey (which is strong in character) and let it shine through in this wine. It wasn’t watered down or fooled around with and because of that this is as local and New England as you are going to find. The finish lasts about 10 minutes (and I can taste it up to 20 minutes after a long sip). One last thing, just to be clear. It is not your ’light crisp white from California’ this is a big white wine.
