Altar Boy is our Americanized interpretation of a Belgian Pale Ale. Extra Pale in color, Altar Boy gets its unique flavor from the use of a yeast strain originating from a well known Trappist brewery, combined with lemony Centennial hops from the Yakima Valley. These hops are used assertively and contribute to the quenching, refreshing qualities of this eminently quaffable brew.
