A style that does not technically exist, this is brewed like a session American stout but with a large percentage of wheat malt in the grist, resulting in a "wheat stout" with some residual malt sweetness and wheat characters balanced by high chocolate and roasted malt flavor and aroma, dry-roasted bitterness on the finish, medium body and assertive citrus hop bitterness aroma and flavor.
