Brewed with organic rye and barley malts, this version of Vertigo’s standard summer seasonal is balanced with Bullion, Mt Hood and Cascade hops, giving it a moderately low hop bitterness allowing the rye flavors to come through. The mash temperature is kept low to allow a crisp, clean finish.
