This pilsner is made the way they do in Flensburg, one of the northern most German cities. Up there, they like their beer to be flavorful yet dry. This style of beer was the preferred tipple of many German grandparents including the late Hert Bartosch. Grampfenpils is clean, crisp, and overflowing with Hallertau Hersbrucker hops. Then it gets a little saucy with some dry hopping. Prost!
