Humulus Sterling is a variation on our always popular Humulus Lager. Essentially a very similar beer, but brewed with a 100% Sterling hop bill from the boil to dry-hopping. A relatively new variety, Sterling hops are primarily a blend of the earthy & spicy Saaz with the citrusy & pine-like Cascade hop, providing characteristics of both a Bohemian lager and an American Pale Ale. Perfect for an Imperial Pale Lager.
