Brewed with Randy Dempsey of O’Dempsey’s Beer To Die For, Collaborator celebrates the Georgia Craft Brewer’s Guild’s Collaboration series. Brewers from all over Georgia are coming together to create special one of a kind beers. Collaborator is our twist on a rare beer style known as Wheat Wine. Similar in strength to Barley Wine, Wheat Wine tends have a lighter quality to them thanks to the large amount of wheat malt used. We also used honey and a Belgian yeast strain to add to the complexity of the beer. The result is an extraordinary and unique beer to die for.
