With the Wuchak One-Off IPA Series, Kichesippi plans to release a line up of inspired and unique hop forward ales playing off the current trendiness of India Pale Ales. The Wuchak Black IPA, technically being the first of the series, will be followed up with Wuchak Polaris. Weighing in at 5.8% ABV and 68 IBU, this beer is looking like a Bavarian-inspired version of this classic style. Brewed exclusively with German malt and ale yeast, it will also be the first commercially produced Canadian beer to showcase the new strain of Polaris hops from Germany.
