Yuzu Kiniro (Yuzu Golden) We first created this beer just for the pop-up restaurant Hakanai featuring Japanese food created by Billy and Kelli Cotter of Toast, along with Nick and Rochelle from The Cookery. This light bodied golden ale has fresh Yuzu fruit juice adding a citrusy quality. The nose is aromatic and mindful of grapefruit and mandarin orange. The flavor is delish with that golden body and aromatic finish. One pint is never enough with a golden like you. Hops Used: Willamette
