This special cider is blended by the Master Cidermaker at the Westons cider mill at Much Marcle, Ledbury, Herefordshire. It is made with locally grown bittersweet cider apples, such as Dabinett and Michelin, and is cloudy and still to allow its full character to be enjoyed.
