One of our favourite saisons, St. Mary is brewed with barley and triticale from Deer Creek Malthouse. This batch was hopped with fresh Saphir and Opal and fermented with our 2020 foraged yeast culture. Conditioned with our mixed culture for naturally tiny bubbles. Notes of funky ripe honeydew melons, wild pear cider, Juicy Fruit gum, apricots, and psychedelic pasta water.
