Our newest collaboration is a lovely, floral India Pale Ale brewed specifically for Fearrington House Inn & Restaurant in Chatham County, N.C. Whereas our Rocket Science IPA emphasizes grapefruit/citrus notes typical of an American IPA, Fearrington Summer is arguably a more food-friendly, subtle English take. We brew the beer with bronze fennel and lemon thyme that come directly from Fearrington’s gardens (and our family herb garden, one mile up the road). Herb and honey notes with a “brisk” lemon tea finish.
