Both were married in August to Orianna Leopold Newton and Dixie Young, respectively, in beautiful ceremonies near Hood River. This celebratory bottling was made for those special occasions. Starting as a cask of Four in one of the brewery’s most prized barrels, fresh additions of hand picked yellow rose, yarrow, and calendula were added on top of existing citrus fruit that was already in the cask. The result is a bright, botanical saison that we feel is one of our best to date.
