Setting out to create our ideal anniversary brew, we knew two things: it had to be a big IPA “our favorite style of beer“ and we wanted it hoppy. Mosaic and Citra loaded the tanks early, and then we stuffed the Hop Back with crate after crate of fresh Simcoe hops overnighted from the Yakima valley. Dos Decadas clocks in at 80 IBUs, 7.5 ABV, and is dank! It’s a small batch, and we’ll need to sample it pretty thoroughly, so stop in soon. And thanks for 20 mad years.
