Here’s something different! Brewed with North Carolina Blackberry Honey and fermented with the French farmhouse strain of Saison yeast. Yeasty and complex with exotic aromas reminiscent of wintergreen and cloves with subtle layer of blue cheese underneath. It’s slightly tart and very dry, yet has a silky texture and lots of yeasty haze to it .
